This restaurant is a real institution in San Sebastián, having been MICHELIN-starred since 1974. Hospitality, history and modernity converge in the century-old family mansion in Alto de Miracruz. This culinary mecca is run by Juan Mari Arzak and his daughter Elena, an adroit chef, to whom he is in the process of handing the baton. Together, they have succeeded in perfectly combining the most surprising innovations with expertise rooted in Basque tradition.
